These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bcasfintech SL If you use Bcasfintech on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

• Access is metered in credits. One credit equals $0.10 USD.
• Credits are purchased in advance from your account. There are no trials or demos.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value except as required by law.
• Unused credits expire 24 months after purchase.
• Prices, features, and taxes may change on 30 days' notice.

We currently accept bank transfer. Card, PayPal, and Stripe payments are coming soon. For bank transfers, we send bank details by email after your order and activate credits once the funds are received.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it, with or without notice depending on severity.

You retain ownership of the prompts, files, and outputs you generate. You grant Bcasfintech a limited license to process them solely to operate and improve the service. We do not train foundation models on your private content without your explicit opt-in.

AI outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and for ensuring their use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Bcasfintech in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, payment obligations) survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
