• Reverse-engineering the platform or circumventing rate limits and credit metering.
• Scraping, mining, or reselling access to Bcasfintech without a written agreement.
• Using our AI to impersonate a real person or a Bcasfintech representative without clear disclosure.
• Uploading personal data of third parties without a lawful basis.
• Automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review.
