1. Eligibility window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your payment being received, provided you have used no more than 10% of the purchased credits.
2. Non-refundable cases
- Credits older than 14 days from the payment date.
- Accounts suspended for violating the Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
- Credits already spent above the 10% threshold.
- Promotional credits granted for free (e.g. promo codes, referrals).
3. How to request
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your order reference. We reply within 2 business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For bank transfers, funds are returned to the originating account, minus any bank fees charged to us. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback before contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. Please reach out first — we're happy to help.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
